Barriers and Facilitators to Recruitment to Randomised Controlled Trials (RCT) in Healthcare: A Qualitative Evidence Synthesis
This synthesis aims to complement the Cochrane review by Treweek et al. (2010): Strategies to improve recruitment to randomised controlled trials. It aims to develop understanding of effective recruitment strategies by exploring recruiters’ and potential participants’ views and experiences of the recruitment process for participation in RCTs. The protocol has been published and belongs to one of three reviews forming the Trials Trinity:
