The National Quality Care Metrics final reports were launched in Dublin and Galway recently. Dr Louise Murphy (QUESTS Education Working Group Lead) and Dr Andrew Hunter (QUESTS Co-Chair) represented the NUI Galway academic team who undertook the Mental Health and Midwifery (led by Professor Declan Devane) Quality Care Metrics research project. This work represents a step forward in Nursing and Midwifery process metrics in Ireland and a valuable collaboration between the School of Nursing and Midwifery and Health Service Executive partners.
